Financial benefits
On top of their original investment amount, investors are forecast to receive an average cash return of 5.19% per annum over 10 years.

Community and environmental benefits
The investment project allows local organisations to access solar power without the capital cost, improving their financial resilience so that they can better serve their local community. The project is forecast to save on their electricity costs during the contract term with higher savings kicking in once the project ends.
38 tonnes of CO2 savings per year - the equivalent to 3500 barrels of oil left unburnt over the lifetime of the technology. Reduced customer carbon footprint by up to 25%.
Local suppliers and installers are used, strengthening our local solar sector and providing local income and jobs.
