Repower Three

Located at Anderson & Sons Dairy Farm, Milkwood Bakery, John Hills Signs and South Pacific Roof Trusses. 100% funded by 26 May 2016.

Milkwood Bakery and South Pacific Roof Trusses have elected for a early buy-out of their systems and investors have been repaid outstanding capital for those two projects.

The Project

Financial Benefits

On top of their original investment amount, investors are forecast to receive an average cash return of 7% per annum over 10 years.

Community and Environmental Benefits

  • Your investment allows local organisations to access solar power without the capital cost, improving their financial resilience so that they can better serve their local community. The project is forecast to save on their electricity costs during the contract term with higher savings kicking in once the project ends.
  • 75.9 tonnes of CO2 savings per year.
  • Local suppliers and installers are used, strengthening our local solar sector and providing local income and jobs.
  • Repower Shoalhaven will receive project development funds to enable us to develop more local community solar projects.
